Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how SOLAI.trade ("we", "our", or "Service") handles data when you visit our website or download and use the SOLAI trading agent software utility.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. Because our software runs entirely locally on your machine, our data practices are designed to provide maximum privacy.
1. Collection of Personal Information
We **do not collect** any personal information. When you visit our website or use the trading agent:
- We do not require you to register an account, provide an email address, or input your name.
- We do not collect or store your IP address, geolocation, or browser details.
2. Local Wallet and Private Keys
Your Solana trading wallet private keys (configured in your local .env file) are stored
strictly
on your local computer. The SOLAI software runs entirely on your local machine and communicates directly
with
the Solana blockchain RPC node via secure RPC requests. **Your private keys are never transmitted, uploaded,
or shared with our servers or any third-party servers.**
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The SOLAI.trade website does not use cookies, trackers, or third-party web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). We do not track your navigation history across other sites.
4. Third-Party Services (Blockchain RPC & API Nodes)
When running the trading agent, the software interacts directly with external blockchain infrastructure:
- Solana RPC Nodes (e.g. Helius.dev): Used to fetch real-time transaction streams and submit trades.
- Jito Network Block Engines: Used to submit secure MEV bundles to prevent sandwich attacks.
- Rugcheck.xyz API: Used to fetch safety and forensics scores for newly launched tokens.
5. Security of Your Local Environment
Because the software runs locally, you are entirely responsible for securing your machine. We recommend:
- Using a clean, dedicated environment for trading activities.
- Never sharing your
.envfile or committing it to public repositories (like GitHub). - Running up-to-date antivirus protection to prevent local keylogger or malware compromise.
6. Contact Us
Since we do not collect user data or operate centralized servers, any inquiries regarding the code or instructions can be raised directly via our public GitHub repository or official developer community channels.
