Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the SOLAI trading agent software utility or visiting the SOLAI.trade website (collectively referred to as the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. License and Software Use

SOLAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run the SOLAI trading agent software on your local computer for personal use, in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt, or disassemble the software.
Use the software for any unlawful activities or to manipulate blockchain markets.
Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sub-license the software to third parties.

2. Disclaimer of Financial Liability

SOLAI is an automated software utility and is NOT a financial service, investment advisor, or broker. All trading decisions, settings, parameters, and risk settings (such as position sizes, Take Profit, and Stop Loss levels) are configured entirely by you, the user.

By using the Service, you understand and acknowledge that:

Trading cryptocurrencies, memecoins, and decentralized assets on the Solana network involves extreme volatility and high financial risk.
You may lose 100% of the funds deposited in your Solana wallet.
SOLAI, its developers, and affiliates are not responsible for any direct or indirect financial losses resulting from trading agent operations, liquidations, Jito bundle errors, RPC latency, network congestion, smart contract bugs, or rug pulls.

3. No Guarantees of Profit

Any simulations, logs, or metrics shown on this website or in the software dashboard are for illustrative and testing purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. SOLAI does not guarantee profit or any specific win rate.

4. Local Wallet and Private Keys

The SOLAI trading agent runs entirely locally on your machine. Your private keys are stored locally in your .env file. SOLAI never transmits, uploads, or shares your private keys or wallet credentials with any third-party server. You are solely responsible for securing your machine, private keys, and wallet credentials. Any loss of funds due to key leakage, local malware, or unauthorized access is your sole responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, website content, logo, graphics, design, and layout are the exclusive intellectual property of SOLAI.trade and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the software after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
